The Korean name is 고유한우국밥, roughly “go-yu han-u guk-bap.” Current public listings show opening from 7:30 a.m., with hanwoo beef soup, yukhoe mulhoe, yukhoe bibimbap, and yukjeon on the menu.

Hanwoo gukbap is a Korean beef soup served with rice. Official Gyeongju tourism coverage describes a clear beef broth with glass noodles, bean sprouts, and pieces of hanwoo beef. It works well when you want a full meal before cafés and many lunch restaurants open.
